Jersey Shore breaks audience records on MTV Canada

Jersey Shore ratings for MTV Canada are soaring.

The fourth season premiere of the MTV reality series, set in Italy, was the specialty channel’s biggest opening audience ever as it pulled in 808,000 total viewers, according to BBM Canada data.

That improved on the 377,000 viewers for the third season opener in January 2010 by 114%, and was by far the biggest audience ever secured on MTV Canada for any show.
