Vinessa Antoine joins Haven in recurring role

Toronto actress Vinessa Antoine, who plays best friend Judith Winter on CBC’s Being Erica, has signed onto Syfy’s Haven in a recurring role.
Antoine, whose Canadian screen credits include CBC’s Heartland, TMN’s Regenesis and Showtime’s Soul Food, will perform the role of former con artist Evidence ‘Evi’ Ryan in Haven‘s sophomore season, to be shot in Nova Scotia from this Friday.
She joins fellow Haven guest star Jason Priestley, who is to act in four episodes and direct one.
Haven is produced by Entertainment One and Big Motion Pictures in association with Piller/Segan/Sheperd.
