Joining movies, media and fashion, Citytv will launch Sextv on Oct. 17.
Produced by Brad Brough with supervising producer Marcia Martin, the show will be presented in City’s signature half-hour magazine format and promises to ’embrace sexuality in all its diversity, probing the hearts and minds of people around the world for answers and insight’ on the topic of sex.
In other news, starting in the fall Bravo!usa will carry City’s movie magazine show, MT-MovieTelevision.
Now in its 10th year, the show focusing on the movie industry is already seen on A-Channel (Calgary and Edmonton), asn (Atlantic Canada), mtn (Manitoba), civ (Vancouver), The New vr (Barrie), chro (Pembroke), cfpl (London) and in over 90 countries ,including Asia and the Middle East, Australia and Japan.

Southern Ontario news channel CP24 will launch a one-hour weekly program on gay and lesbian cultures in October.
The Q-Files will premier Sunday, Oct. 4 at 10 p.m., hosted by CP24/Citytv’s Irshad Manji, who will also produce the program.
